What Is a Maintenance Detail?
A Maintenance Detail is not a full reset detail. It is a recurring service designed to maintain a vehicle that is already in good condition. This plan helps prevent dirt, road film, brake dust, salt, bugs, and everyday grime from building up between full details.
Pearl's Auto Recon's Maintenance Detail Plan is ideal for ceramic coated vehicles, well-maintained daily drivers, luxury vehicles, family vehicles, and customers who want their vehicle cared for consistently without booking a full detail every time.
Who Qualifies for the Maintenance Detail Plan?
To protect the quality of the service and deliver consistent results, vehicles must be in maintainable condition before entering the Maintenance Detail Plan.
- Vehicle must be ceramic coated by Pearl's Auto Recon, or
- Vehicle must have received a qualifying full detail from Pearl's Auto Recon within the last 30 days
- A Gold or Platinum Level Detail may be required before starting or continuing the plan
- Vehicles that become too dirty for maintenance may require a full detail before continuing
Maintenance detailing is designed to preserve results, not replace a full interior or exterior restoration.

Maintenance pricing is based on vehicle size and service frequency. Select the vehicle size that best matches your vehicle, then choose every week, every two weeks, or every four weeks.
Small Vehicles
Coupes, compact sedans, hatchbacks, sports cars and subcompact crossovers.

Mid-Size Vehicles
Midsize and full-size sedans, compact SUVs and standard two-row SUVs.

Exterior maintenance is completed at the selected frequency on every plan. Interior maintenance is completed once every four weeks.
Interior Service Once Every Four Weeks on Every Plan
Every maintenance plan includes one light interior service during each four-week cycle. Weekly and every-two-week plans focus on exterior upkeep during the remaining visits unless additional interior work is approved and added separately.

A few simple guidelines keep maintenance service consistent, efficient, and easy for everyone on the plan.
Scheduled service day
Each plan is assigned a recurring service day based on route coverage in your area. Your service day stays consistent so upkeep is predictable.
Confirmations
You'll receive an automated confirmation before each visit. If anything needs to change, reply or call so we can adjust the route.
Vehicle access
Please have the vehicle parked and accessible before your service window. Service is minimal-contact — we arrive, service the vehicle, and leave it the way you left it.
Water & power
Pearl's Auto Recon arrives fully self-contained with our own water and power. No hookups are needed at your home, office, or approved parking location.
Weather
Light weather rarely stops service. If conditions make quality work unsafe or ineffective, the visit is rescheduled to the next available day — it is not skipped.
Flat 4-Week Billing
Maintenance plans are billed automatically every four weeks based on vehicle size and service frequency. Pricing is based on the selected plan, not on the number of days in a calendar month. Weather-related rescheduled visits are made up within the plan whenever possible.
One vehicle per plan
Each plan covers one specific vehicle. Swapping vehicles requires an approved plan change so pricing matches the correct vehicle size.
Travel pauses
Traveling 30 or more days? Let us know before your billing date and we'll pause the plan, then resume when you're back.
Vehicle condition
If a vehicle is no longer in maintainable condition, we may recommend a full detail or move that visit to standard per-service pricing before continuing.
Cancel anytime
Plans renew every four weeks. You can cancel or change your schedule at any time before the next billing cycle.

Larger vehicles require more time, product and surface area to maintain. Maintenance pricing is separated into Small, Mid-Size, and Large & XL categories so customers can select the option that best fits their vehicle.
No. Maintenance detailing is designed for vehicles that are already in good condition. If the vehicle needs a deep clean, stain removal, pet hair removal, heavy decontamination, or correction work, a full detail may be required first.
In many cases, yes. A Gold or Platinum Level Detail may be required before entering the Maintenance Detail Plan, especially if the vehicle has not recently been detailed by Pearl's Auto Recon.
Yes. The Maintenance Detail Plan is an excellent option for ceramic coated vehicles because coatings still need proper washing and maintenance to perform their best.
